   – Tip: Focus on the end goal and align your means goals with it.


2. Alignment with Personal Values:

   – Goals not aligned with personal values are harder to achieve.

   – Understanding and setting goals that reflect personal values is crucial.

3. Belief in Achievability

   – Doubts about competence and confidence can hinder goal achievement.

   – Strategies include the reverse gap method (reflecting on past accomplishments) and the courage framework (action, competence, confidence loop).
